2. Services

We offer:

• Sale of food and drink products (in-store and online)
• Hire and sale of slush, popcorn, and candyfloss machines
• Event catering and pop-up services
• Machine maintenance and repair services

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before collection, delivery or hire
• We accept payments via card, cash, bank transfer, or secure online checkout systems.
• All prices listed are in GBP (£).
• Custom orders or event bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

For Food Orders:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once prepared. Refunds are only given if we fail to deliver the agreed product or service.

For Machine Hires:

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
• For rescheduling, 48 hours’ notice is required and is subject to availability.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be processed only for:

• Faulty machines (upon inspection)
• Services not delivered due to our error Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

5. Machine Hire & Liability

• Equipment remains the property of Rico’s Slushies LTD at all times.
• Hirers are responsible for any loss or damage beyond fair use
• If payment terms are not met, we reserve the right to retrieve equipment after 3 days of non-payment.
• Customers agree to follow provided instructions for safe use.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

• Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, and alcohol.
• Customers are responsible for checking ingredients if they have allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. Alcoholic Products

• Alcoholic slush and coolers are sold strictly to customers aged 18+. ID must be presented on request.
• We operate Challenge 25 and reserve the right to refuse service without valid identification

8. Events & Social Media

• Customers attending our events or making purchases may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
• All content, logos, and media created by Rico’s Slushies LTD remain our intellectual property.

9. Website Usage & Content

• All content on our website and social platforms is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or misuse any part of our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses, damages or injuries arising from misuse of equipment or consumption of food and drink where proper instructions are not followed.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
